 Easi – The Company

1.1 Company Background

Expert Application Systems was incorporated in Texas as a C corporation on September 10, 1991 with 1,000,000 shares of common stock authorized. The EASI management team is capitalizing on the lucrative business opportunity of creating compliance software systems to aid manufacturers. EASI’s products will help companies gain competitive advantage in the marketplace since our products will shorten the time-to-market cycle for companies. EASI will take advantage of untapped global growth markets for compliance software systems that address a number of standards in a variety of industries. EASI has been accepted into the Austin Technology Incubator (ATI), which fosters the development of high-tech start-up companies, and began operations at that location on January 20, 1992. This, combined with the management team and business opportunity, has generated tremendous interest for EASI’s compliance software in the product safety industry.

1.2 Company Objectives

EASI will be the market leader in the compliance software systems market. EASI uses extensive alpha and beta testing to ensure the user-friendliness and accuracy of its software systems prior to their introduction into the marketplace. One of EASI’s top priorities is creating and preserving customer satisfaction. Customers are involved at every stage of the development process in order to determine their needs and the key features to be integrated into our products. Establishing and monitoring customer requirements is the foundation for EASI’s Quality Program and provides objective measures of EASI’s performance. EASI will continue to work with, and listen to, our customers with a focus on ensuring that their satisfaction remains a top corporate priority.

EASI executives are responsible for creating and sustaining a clear and visible Quality Program, along with a supporting management system, to guide all activities of the company. EASI is dedicated to maintaining an environment that is conducive to full employee participation, continuous improvement, and personal and organizational growth. EASI plans to compete in the Small Business Division of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award after establishing a quality track record.
